My daughter was a normal little 10 year old girl till she got her second shot on Jan 25, 2008. She started having stomach pain within a few days. This lasted on and off for a few months, then she was hospitalized on March 20,2008 with pancreatitis. She was on morphine in the hospital for 4 days. She left the hospital still on Vicodine. She still had residual pain for the next few weeks, but the doctors said this was normal. Two weeks after getting out of the hospital, she started having severe abdominal pain again. We went to the doctors office and they found that her enzymes were elevated again. They sent her to a gastroenterologist. He ran test after test with all negative results. She has been in and out of the hospital for pain management and has had CT scans, colonoscopy, endoscopy, and is now going this friday for a capsule endoscopy. She is in severe pain everyday. She cries herself to sleep. The worst part is that the doctors act like she’s making it all up and they act like I’m just wanting to dope up my daughter.
She was a honor roll student, who played basketball, softball, and played the drums. Now, she has missed almost half the days of school and has 1 D and 1 F. She has a drum set sitting up in her room that she barely plays because her joints hurt. She can’t eat, and wants to sleep all the time to try to get rid of the pain.
I don’t know where to turn or what to do. The only thing I know is to write, to tell her story and see if anyone else has had similar problems and what they did to try to make things better. If anyone can help please feel free to contact me at email@example.com. And if you have any questions, I am more then happy to try to help. Thank you!
I am 14 years old and got the shot 2 days ago. When I woke up my throat felt horrible. I now can not swallow with out crying because it hurts soo bad. I have had fevers on and off the past two days. I feel like im going to throw up. Im very dizzy and all I want to do is sleep, but when i try its difficult. Im up again in about 20 minutes after I fall asleep. Does anyone know what I can do to make all the pain go away? Please. And this was only my first shot. Im scared to get any more. Anything i can do?
Ever since my daughter had her 2nd Gardasil shot in July of 08 she has been experiencing back pain, stomach pain, and fainting episodes. Did not put it together with the shot untill a co-worker notified me of the severity of her daughters side affects from the shot. Can anyone advise me to how long this vaccination lasts in the system? Will she continue with side effects or will it improve over time. Is there anything she can do or take to rid her system of this vaccination.
After reading so many concerns about this vaccination I would like to recommend everyone take this to their local News Station to request their investigative reporters research this vaccination and make it more public. We really need to “force” this out to the open public to get answers and solutions to eliminate another young girl or woman to the adverse effects of this vaccination.
You are describing my daughter, the same issues, she has been ill for about a year… Please join the Yahoo website, Lets Talk About Garadasil website, you may find some other mom’s who have found ways to help their kids. We are dealing with the fainting pain etc. The toxins from the shot are in their intestinal track, and may have broken down their blood barrier. Look for information on Leaky Gut also seperately. We have taken our kids through all of the tests and the same thing, negative, until we started looking for help from holistic docs.
Thank you for sharing your story. I am moved at your ability to go through this and continue to help others like me, by posting this.
I have a 16 year old daughter who I have not gotten vaccinated because I have not been adequately informed. I have, however, been going to get her immunized, because my Grandmother died from cervical cancer.
I thought it would be a good decision if I had all the facts, but I couldn’t get them from my doctor.
My friend sent me this link…I will Not be vaccinating her, and I am glad I listened to that voice in me saying “NO”.
Thank you and you’re in my prayers.
